This piece is a minor-fault second. Minor faults may include small misalignments, light surface scratches, slight painting issues, marks, or other less-than-perfect features that mean it didn’t quite pass the quality check for regular retail sale. Most of these faults are negligible and difficult to discern unless you’re specifically looking for them, but our standards are very high, as you can imagine! We only sell pieces we would happily wear ourselves – even when it comes to seconds.
The green-veined white butterfly is an adorable little creature – named after the beauty hidden beneath its wings, rather than on top! What beautiful qualities do you have hidden just beneath the surface?
Your new brooch has been crafted from beautiful hand-laminated layers of acrylic, finished with hand-painted detail, and inset with gold-plated alloy antanne. Because of the marbling on the acrylic of this brooch and the hand-painted detail, each piece is truly one of a kind and will have minor variations. A brooch-back secures it to your clothing of choice!
